I've been very busy the past week. So busy I didn't even post anything for this blogs first birthday. This blogs birthday was August 18, 2004. I started last year because my dad said it would be good practice for my writing skills. I might also use this if I become a newspaper writer maybe I could use this as a reference. This is my last week of work and next week on the 31st I go back to school. I'm going to a be a sophmore in highschool this year. I'm very excited to see my friends and to start what I believe will be a GREAT year. I've been watching some of the olympics. I've watched womens volleyball, womens beach volleyball, swimming and gymnastics. These have all been pretty good and USA has won a few of these. Right now my cousins, my aunt, and my uncle on my dads side are all visiting us. They live in California and my brother is now in California visiting my grandma and my dads side. Last night he called home crying so I hope he is doing better this morning. It is kind of hard the first night away from home but I think that he will be fine this morning. I might call him while I'm at work today, to see how hes doing. Also Mr. Ball (my favorite teacher) left and is being replaced by a female latin teacher. I hope she is good and laid back like mr. Ball, if not were in for a llloooonnnngggg year.
well i might blog later tonight!
until then, see ya

Today I went to work earlier than usual because I was leaving going to leave early for the cabin in Douglas County, Wisconsin. When I got their I just sat their so I would not disturb the careful process of Science Museum Drop-off procedures (Hardy-Har). I then went and punched in at 12:25. I waited until parents started dropping kids off for the 1:00 pm classes. This usually starts around 12:35. Well when I was finished I went to the class I'm assisting (Get Set to be a Vet). Today the teacher brought two toads. One that could be petted and one that was mean, so it couldn't be petted. We also made a white blood cell and red blood cells. The cake was white and the white blood cell was blue frosting and the plasma was purple frosting. The red blood cells were red-hots. I luckily got a piece and it was very good. At 3 pm my class ended and I signed most of them out and a few went to supervised space. Afterwards I waited out at drop-off for the Camp Wabasha kids. I then helped walk kids to their cars when they had been signed out by their counselors. At about 3:50 the crowd seemed to calm down. Then at 4 pm the crowd got wild again. Because about 5-6 classes get out at the same time. At 4:15 pm most of the counselors were off for the day and I got their clipboards and had to watch all the kids that were left over. It was not that bad because lots of kids had already left. Then at around 4:23 when all the kids had left I hung out in supervised space until my shift was over. My mom came to pick me up and my mom drove cause she couldn't take it with me driving. Tomorrow, is this blog's first birthday. Tomorrow I will post a bunch of articles for that special day. Well I'm going to play baseball tonight with two brothers and my neighbor. I might post scores tomorrow from the game. I'll see you tomorrow!

I'm sorry I haven't posted lately i've been very busy with work and with my life. But anyways now there are just two days until this blogs first birthday. I'm pretty excited about that. I have now heard that Mr. Ball is being replaced by some lady that Mrs. Vitt interviewed IN LATIN!! I hope she is not like Mrs. Vitt and is somewhat like Mr. Ball, although I seriously doubt she will be anything like Mr. Ball. He was very unique and I'm gonna miss him.

There are now 6 days left till this blog turns 1 years old. Today, I watched the little league series on ESPN2. I have been doing this everyday lately. Little League is a lot better than Major League cuz the Little Leaguers are not as wimpy as MLB players. Today, I went to work and had a pretty good day. It was very nice out today, around 70 and I could actually sit outside for 30 minutes without freezing my ASS off. I'm also glad I'm not home alone anymore. I missed my dad and maybe my mom, but mostly my dad. So I will write more tomorrow. Till then, goodbye and may God help you all!

Today I went to work at the Science Museum. It was a pretty good day, but was cold and windy with some scattered sprinkles of rain. It was a fairly boring day, filling up waterballoons and playing foursquare with kids. Also signing in and signing out kids when they came and when they went away. Yesterday (August 11), my friend Nate and I were throwing waterballoons at cars and people walking by and it was all in good fun until I threw a waterballoon at a red SUV and suddenly he turned around and stopped and ran up to our door. While this was happening, my friend and I were hiding in my dining room and I heard a smashing sound and thought he just banged on the door. Well when he had left my friend and I discovered that he had broken a window in our front door. I then spent about 10 minutes taping and sweeping up the glass. Yeah that sucked a lot. Well in other news this blog is turning 1 years old in 7 days from today. So thats cool. Well thats all the news and stuff I got to talk about now so I'll write more tomorrow.
