Movie Review - The Return of the King

When i was asked to go see the return of the king with my best friend, nate, i was very excited to see it. When the movie started i was somewhat doubtful that frodo and sam could make it to Mordor alive. I was also doubtful that any army the humans or elves could muster up, could defeat Saurons army. But I knew from other movies like this that the hero would succeed. Yet as the movie progressed, i became more and more doubtful. Golem was going to betray frodo and Saurons humongeous army was approaching Gondor. When i saw the army catapulting stones into Gondor. I was happy to see the riders of rohan come to Gondors aid. But then elephants came and stomped them good. This movie was great until the end. Well, not the part where frodo destroys the ring, but after that, the six different endings. I wanted it to be over by the 3rd ending.

Today was my 15th birthday. I woke up this morning feeling tired and wrecked. It was a monday morning and i hate monday mornings. My dad told me to take a shower, and i did not feel like taking one so i just dunked my head under the faucet and applied shampoo. I then got dressed, i wore a Imation shirt and my favorite pair of courdroys. I went downstairs got my left over mountain dew from the night before and started sipping it slowly. My mom and two brothers (Joe & Jacob) presented my with these awesome homer simpson slippers and a cool watch. I huged Jacob and Joe for the presents and thanked them. We then left the house to go pick up Margo at about 7:40 am. We picked up margo and we then drove to school. When i got to school i was very tired and couldn't really learn or think about anything (the way i always am every monday morning). But by the time the second bell rang I felt ready for a full day of 9th grade. I first had latin class, a great way to start a monday morning, with Mr. Ball who is one of my all-time favorite teachers i've ever had. After Latin i then had world history, we talked about the blackdeath and watched a video about it. Next was algebra with mr seely. We did stuff about graphing equations and then corrected our 1st quizes. I started on my 2nd quiz but didn't get very far because the bell rang. Band was next, o how i hate band, i slowly made my way to band with my friend will roberts (he plays trumpet). After band came lunch, one of my favorite classes of the day. I sat at a table with jordan griffin, ben binder, will roberts, and tommy benson. Right after lunch was english. We went over and turned in out hobbit studdy guides. Then finished with some peter pan (she is reading peter pan in class to us). After english was foundations of chemistry and physics (science), with the L-Mac. We talked about our interview projects briefly and had an elements quiz which i think i did pretty good on. The last class of the day was gym and we set up the volleyball nets, then had a volleyball tournement. Then for the last 15-20 minutes of class we played nukem. This was my day, it was pretty good but i was tired throughout it, which is normal for me.

Today i had a guitar lesson and at around 4:30 pm i walked to cadenza and met with my guitar teacher. I took out my guitar and got my music and then followed him into the room where the lesson was to take place. We started out tuning like we always do and my guitar was actually somewhat in good tune (it usually isnt). We started to play christensen 5ths and that was pretty easy because its just chords and once you know the chords you just gotta read the progression and your set. Then my guitar teacher wrote down the g major and a major and the a flat major and the g flat major scales. I also learned what a "core note" was, its the note which the scale was given its name for. And he told me that you can always tell what the core note is because the scale sounds unfinished if the core notes are excluded. Then we ran out of time I put away my guitar walked up some stairs and starting to walk home. (it was already dark by 5:00 pm!) i was amazed when i was walking home that it was dark.

ABCNEWS.com : Supreme Court to Decide Pledge Case
Archimedes Death
English
The city was turned over to the troops to pillage as they pleased, after guards had been set at the houses of the exiles who had been in the Roman lines. Many brutalities were committed in hot blood and the greed of gain, and it is on record that Archimedes, while intent upon figures which he had traced in the dust, and regardless of the hideous uproar of an army let loose to ravage and despoil a captured city, was killed by a soldier who did not know who he was. Marcellus was distressed by this; he had him properly buried and his relatives inquired for—to whom the name and memory of Archimedes were an honour.

I am excited about the Matrix Revolutions, which is coming to theaters November 5th. I admit that reloaded was not as good as the original matrix. The scene where Neo fights all of those clones of Agent Smith, I feel went on way to long and should have ended earlier then it did. I liked the part in the beginning when neo is dreaming about trinity's death and trinity was rushing towards the guard center and blew it up. I kind of did not like the cliffhanger ending of reloaded but I no it was necessary. I hope revolutions is good and not crappy like most sequel's, such as all the sequels of Lethal Weapon, where as they make more it gets crappier and crappier. So far with reloaded I think it was semi good but i hope revolutions is much better.
Question: had you ever done kunfu training? Carrie-Anne Moss - Interview: "During the government lobby scene just before I had to do my cartwheel on the wall, I hurt one of my ankles so badly I felt sure that I had broken it. I kept my boot on, which I think supported it. The adrenaline of those three days of fighting kept me going, and when the weekend came by I couldn't walk. I still can't walk every morning when I first get up, and that was what, four months ago?"
