"On April 1, 1996, Taco Bell took out a full-page advertisement in The New York Times announcing that they had purchased the Liberty Bell to 'reduce the country's debt' and renamed it to 'the Taco Liberty Bell.' Thousands of people who did not immediately get the April Fool's Day hoax protested.
In 1998, it introduced the Taco Bell chihuahua, who spoke the line in commercials for their wildly popular 'Yo quiero Taco Bell' campaign. In the Spanish language, yo quiero means I want (or love). The little dog's real name was 'Dinky'.
However, recently in the mid-2000s, Taco Bell has gone away from the chihuahua and instead has promoted its value menu through 'I'm Full!!' commercials.
Taco Bell encourages its diners to 'think outside the bun', a reference to its bypassing the efforts and popularity wars of such hamburger-selling fast food chains as McDonald's and Burger King through the tortilla instead of the bun. Ironically, Taco Bell had a menu item called the 'Bell Beefer' (bun, [taco spiced] beef, lettuce, cheese and tomato) in the mid to late 1980's designed to compete with burger chains, but the product did not catch on."

Do you eat the wrapper with your hamburger? Meet animals that do. Make a giant gut. Learn how important pooh is when studying animals extinct or living. Visit the Animal Grossolgy Exhibit throughout the week. Study the inner workings of the zoological kingdom. Design behavioral experiments for slimy creatures. Make human slime. Conduct biological research on a rare creature using GenScope software in the Learning Technologies Center. We will provide the gloves for this excritorius week.

Time: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Torii Hunter went on the 15-day disabled list with a strained, and possibly torn, tendon in his left ankle. In the first inning, Hunter tried to catch David Ortiz's drive to the deepest part of Fenway Park in center field. As he made a leaping try at the ball, the 30-year-old's spike caught the fence's padding and turned his ankle.

Map of percentage of dope-smokers in the USIts interesting how St. Paul has a higher percentage of people who smoke pot than the rest of Minnesota. Also those hippies in Massachusetts and California must be really lighten up those bongs. They have 8.02 - 12.16 percentages of people. Wierd.

Oh man! I went to work today at the Science Museum of Minnesota at 8:10 and stayed till 4:45. Thats around 8.5 hours! I work with this hot girl named Lalu. And Last night me and some of the members of my youth group came over to my house and watched the 1st batman movie and the second batman movie. I went to sleep around 11:00 pm. Well back to today. After I had worked at the science museum for 8.5 hours I walked to the museums store. I was looking for a present for my mom, but I only had $10 dollars so I ended up going home empty handed. I then walked to the bus stop and saw Emma with her dad who was taking the bus home. We both said "hi" and then as I got on the bus she sayed "bye sam." which was amazing because I didnt know she knew my name. By the way, today me and the kids thought up a new game. Well some kids have a bean bag and me and some of the other conselors try to get those bean bags and keep other kids from getting them. It was fun and the kids really enjoyed it. Anyways, I came home at about 5:28pm and got to rest for about half an hour. Then I had to drive my mom's van to a baseballl field where I would be umping. Anyways when I got their there was only one team thier and the team eventually had to forfeit because they only had eight players. They played a four-inning exhibition game. Then I drove home and here I am relaxing in my air-conditioned house. Well next month is going to be my blogs 3rd birthday! YAY! anyways we are going to the Brule this weekend, so I'll post again next week because I'm not working next week.
